The girls who sells well were assigned to sell the draft beers, which is understandably the most popular drinks sold during the game. Then, it goes down to chuhai, highball, sake etc… I am sure that appearance is not the only important thing here and the skills of communication, the observation, the physical strength are crucial but my friend did tell me ALL of the girls selling beers were pretty. She was only 16 or 17 years old at the time and looking back as an adult it sounds super weird knowing the majority of the customers were male…. plus most of their uniforms are a short skirt and they have to go up and down the stairs…. Also, seems like there’s an age limitation to apply for this job and it’s from 15-25years old. Respect to these girls for working hard and earning money at a young age but how this business is done… not a huge fan.
