I Never Really Played Minecraft...

As a kid who grew up on the internet, Minecraft has been probably one of the biggest and most influential parts of my life. So this video is just a short discussion on my feelings about Minecraft, TH-camrs and all they did for me. Also this video is obviously inspired by jschlatt's 'A Tribute to Minecraft' though not nearly as well made (sorry schlattheads). minecraft has been most of my childhood. started playing at the end of 2017 after badly wanting it for a while. it still is my childhood since i'm not quite an adult (15) my favorite game. i like to create things in the game and sometimes create memories with my siblings in the game. i also play a bit of online minecraft.
i remember having no clue about some of the monsters in the game. i remember before i got the game i had a dream where a giant elder guardian boss was floating in a roofed forest biome and i had to fight it. i remember hiding behind a tree. (it was almost like watching a minecraft animation since i saw my own avatar, steve, attempting to fight it with a dog and avoiding lasers) i used to think elder guardian was some kind of epic powerful boss. and then i remember getting disappointed when i found out. i remember all the silly confused things i did with my siblings when i was a noob, like being terrified of an endermen even though it started raining and it would have left. or thinking the stray was herobrine because of its glowing eyes. i died many times.

i used to think bone meal was an edible item because it said "meal"
i used to be a BIG noob, and now i have access to diamonds in survival because i know how to get them and im a lot better at building. although i don't think i'll ever try to go to the end. i'm perfectly content on how i play. plus i would just get lost in the end after fighting the dragon

Ay thanks for sharing memories, for some reason TH-cam marked this as spam and it didn't go through (I still don't know how all this stuff works). It's great that you still managed to have fun playing the game the intended way! It's never really occurred to me just how vast Minecraft's world has really become from an outsider's perspective so it's really cool seeing how you reacted to things like the Elder Guardians or Strays since by the time those came out for me, I was already invested in the development and everything felt more like an update than a world-change (if that makes any sense).
