भारतीय न्याय व्यवस्था पर भृष्ट जजों की वजह से भरोसा उठ चुका है कमजोर और सामान्य जनता के लिए कोई समय नहीं है
बिल्कुल सही विश्लेषण किया है ।केजरीवाल को सभी न्यायालय में इतना जल्द-से-जल्द सुनवाई किया जा रहा है ।आम जनता के साथ बहुत बड़ा अन्याय है ।केजरीवाल को कतई बेल नही मिलना चाहिए।
ये घटना भारत के अव्यवस्थित न्याय व्यवस्था की पूरी तरह से पोल खोल रही है। प्रश्न यह है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट इन अव्यवस्थाओं को ठीक करने की कोई मंशा रखता है क्या या फिर अंदर अंदर यही सब चाहता है?
यही सब चाहता है! क्योंकि वो तो Collegium सिस्टम से पूरा आनंद ले रहे हैं!
वो चाहता है कि नीचे भी सब खाते रहें और उसी में आनंदित रहें! ताकि उनको उपर वालों को देखकर कोई जलन, द्वेष न हों!
ईस ट्रायल कोर्टमें 2 दिनकेलिये आये जजने केसके पुरे पेपर बिना पढे बेल दे दिया. यह बहोत बडा गुनाह हो सकता है.
ऐसे जजको खुर्चीपर बैठनेका अधिकार छिन लेना चाहिए, या फिर Suspend कर देना चाहिए, ऐसे बहोत लोग बोल रहे है.
सभी न्यायालयों में श्री केजरीवाल की इतनी जल्दी जल्दी सुनवाई कैसे हो जाती है, ये समझ से परे है।
क्योंकि अमूमन न्यायालयों में ऐसा होता नहीं है।

अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने बहुत सारे वकीलों को judge बनवाया है. ट्रायल कोर्ट की mi Lord सम्भवतः उन्हीं में से एक होंगीं.
न्यापालिका को अपनी विश्वासनीयता जनता को दिखानी होंगी. इसमें सुधार की बहुत जरुरत है. न्याय विन्दु जी का केजरीवाल को बेल देना सही दिख रहा है?
न्यायपालिका मे हजारों केस पेंडिंग है लेकिन केजरीवाल को हर दिन हर कोर्ट मे मनमाना समय मिलता है. क्यूँ???

ट्रायल कोर्ट की जज न्यायविंदु कोई विंदु नहीं है यह देश की न्याय व्यवस्था पर एक विशाल छेद है। ऐसे ऐसे कितने ही न्यायविंदु देश के न्यायालय में भरे पड़े हैं। मोदी सरकार को इस पर जल्द कार्रवाई करनी होगी।
विधायिका-न्यायपालिका-कार्यपालिका-खबरपालिका पूरी तरह भ्रष्टाचार में डूबी हुई है तो जो हो रहा है ऐसा ही होता रहेगा। आज़ादी से पहले ही बीज बीजों गये थे।
न्यायालय न्यायिक प्रक्रिया बड़े वकीलों ने बंधक बनाकर रखा है। माननीय न्यायाधीश न्याय नहीं वकीलों को महत्व देते हैं। देश की जनता अब न्यायालय की न्यायिक प्रक्रिया से विस्वास उठ गया है। शर्मनाक चेहरा है।

🎉दुःख इस बात पर है कि जितनी जल्दी केजरीवाल के मामले में दिखाई गई उतनी ही तेजी जनसामान्य के केशों में न्याय पालिका दिखाती है। न्यायालय पर पहुंचते पहुंचते केवल और केवल गरीब को तारीख़ दर तारीख ही मिलती है देखना अब ये है कि हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट जज न्याय बिन्दु पर कौन सी कारवाही करता है या वैसे ही प्रकरण की लीपापोती करके ठन्डे बस्ते में डाल दिया जाता है। इसी बहाने जज साहिबा को सभी लोग जान गये।जब तक न्याय व्यवस्था रहेगी इनका नाम तब तक लिया जाता रहेगा। न्याय पालिका के इतिहास में पहली बार ऐसा हुआ है कि बिना तथ्यों को पढ़ें ही न्याय कर दिया गया। न्याय पालिका के इतिहास में जज साहिबा का नाम क्यों नहीं स्वर्णिम अक्षरों में लिखा जाना चाहिए।
क्या ऐसी कंडीशन में भारत जैसे देश में जजों को वेकेशन में जाना चाहिए? अगर कोर्ट अपने से कोई सुधार नहीं करती तो संविधान में बदलाव नहीं कर सकते? मनमानी कोर्ट पर कोई अंकुश क्यों नहीं?

ईस केस में जज ने सारे त्यो को अन देखा कर फैसला जैसे पुर्व निर्धारिता अनुसार किया इसकी जाच होनी चाहिए

Who had compelled her, in other and more clear words, what was the allurement, what greed encouraged her to pass the order that day itself even without travelling through he record? Do such people deserve to be judges?

The trial court judge should have recused herself from this very high profile case.
It is a crystal clear case. The courts have a duty to adjudicate a matter on following two counts : law and facts. Law is clear that if ED is opposing the bail of convict as per provisions of the PMLA act then the strong facts of the case can only be a ground for granting a bail. But when a judge is not even looking to the facts of the case, there cannot be any ground for consideration of bail. Not just in the matter of PMLA act cases but in any other case also introducing a new doctrine that a judge can pass a judgement without looking into the provisions of law and facts of a case is highly highly dangerous for the society and cannot be accepted on any test of fairness, logic and application of mind. Even if a judge has to use a discretionary power it has to be a thoughtful, justified exercise and for the administration of justice. It cannot be an arbitrary act and cannot be based on whims and fancies of a judge. It is not a volition of a judge that he can pass any perverse order in the name of discretionary power.

जहां पूरे का पूरा न्याय तंत्र भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हो, जजों को किसी भी बात का डर न हो, बेशर्मी की सारी सीमाएं बेहयाई में बदल गई हो, ऐसे में न्याय तंत्र में आमूल सुधार अतिआवश्यक हो जाता है। न्याय बिंदु सरीखे जजों को ऐसे फैसले लेने पर तुरंत बर्खास्त कर देना चाहिये।
नाम तो न्याय बिंदु, क्या काम भी इतना छोटा बिंदु जैसा होना चाहिए , इस जज को फ़ौरन बाहर का रास्ता दिखा दो😊

It seems SC and HC are giving extra care to Ferjiwal. He is the top priority of all courts in India. Most of the time of SC and HC is being consumed by AAP Party leaders.

Is it not correct that our High Courts as well as Supreme Court wasting their time on various applications of Kejaru as well as of other AAP leaders ? Whereas large numbers of cases of common men are pending for hearings.
In sensitive cases, the vacation court should not hear the case. The reason is that it has no knowledge about that case whereas the working court is well acquainted with it.
The lady wanted to dispose off as many as case within the duration of two days of stays. Thats why she commented that she doesn't have time to go through all documents submitted by ED and refused to even see of the basis of plea that are bulky and voluminous.
This also indicates that all her previous judgements are pronounced without fully going through the documents submitted by either prosecution or defence.
Had he been released then what would have been the status of appeal. Element of accountability you should have discussed...

दिल्ली की अदालतों में ऐसा होना कोई आश्चर्य नहीं है। ये एक प्रकार की हेरा फेरी है जो कोर्ट ने इसलिए की क्योंकि ईडी के पास समय ही नहीं होता अपील करने का। जब कोर्ट सरकार की एजेंसी ED के साथ ये गेम खेल सकती हैं तो आम इंसान के साथ ये क्या करते है बताना मुश्किल नहीं है। कितने ही मामलों में लोग चुनौती नहीं देते क्योंकि उनके पास पैसा नहीं है। बहुत शर्मनाक स्थिति है आज न्यायतंत्र की।
