I hope you are well. If you do not mind me sharing; a well-planned, organic and unrefined plant-based diet (consuming edible raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please try planting some steamed carrots and see if they will grow; if they fail to, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot fully nourish one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. These foods, fresh and grown in rich soil, are found all the essential vitamins, calcium, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, minerals, protein and water needed to make good blood and enjoy health.
Please avoid meat alternatives that contain harmful preservatives and additives e.g vinegar, a corrosive agent. Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white bread, white rice and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic things, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

I like to eat tomatoes so much....I am from India Maharashtra.....we make lentils with tomatoes.... potato curry with tomatoes...and so many other food....I liked your recipes with tomatoes....
From where I grew up, I’ve known only taro, breadfruits, mountain apples, star apples, lime, lemon, mangoes. Because that’s what my grandparents grew in our own backyard. The most popular one they like was the breadfruit, there’s a lot of different ways to cook it. Ferment it,cook it, fry it and pound it. Even when they pound it, they had ways how to mix it… sooo amazing and I’m ashamed I don’t even know how to prepare it like that. So I’m watching your videos and I’m really in awe of your talent. I grew up away from my own island… so I’ve lost the way😢.

我家也是有種大片果樹，看了滇西小哥許多影片在農地摘各種水果都是直接用手將水果拽下來，今天第一次看到他們剪水果(蕃茄)是用剪刀這才是正確的做法，直接跩下水果對果樹下次的發芽長果會有影響，也不尊重種水果人。
