I don't understand why this case is't being heard before the hush money case. If the judge doesn't want to hear this case, why don't they appoint a different judge who wants to do there job. In my opinion he should have been taken into jail on January 6th. Anyone else would have been. He wouldn't be playing this delay tactic if he would have had to bail himself out.

There were news stories a while ago about the CIA worrying that Trump has already sold secrets because some of the documents he stole had the identities of agents and informants and the rate that they were being captured and killed increased dramatically.

Fact: The Atomic Energy Act of 1954 says those certain documents he took can only be declassified by the Department of Energy which, among other matters, oversees the US nuclear arsenal. It is not up to the Executive branch alone to do so. Hence, like Reality Winner who did much much less, he should go to prison.
