Voted the friendliest place in Belize, the friendly seaside village of Hopkins is a cultural hotspot. Hopkins was established back in the 1940’s after a nearby area was devastated by a hurricane and everyone from farmers to fishermen relocated there.
While Hopkins has grown, the area has retained its costal charm and resisted over-commercialization.
It is also perfectly located for Belize’s best adventures. There is jungle for your inner hiker and inner zipliner and reefs for your inner snorkeler. There is also waterfalls for your inner rappeller and ancient Maya sites for your inner explorer.

Wow the kitchen cabinets and doors as you walk in are very nice, looks like teak or mahogany, beautiful. The ocean front is so nice, i bet that was awesome when the sun went down to, very picturesque.

Hopkins looks beautiful! We love the relaxed vibe of being able to cycle around and explore an area.
We were in Belize earlier this year and absolutely loved being there! We visited Caye Caulker and San Pedro, but we'd love to go back and visit more areas. Such a beautiful country!

they DYNAMITED a hole in the side of bluehole so boats could get in.. not real environmental ahahah
