After 4 expansions released later STILL the best looking locations in the game. Graphically MoP was the biggest step forward in the history of WoW. It was the next exp. after Cataclysm which had the graphics barely comparable with 6 year old games in 2010. And Mists of Pandaria can compete easily with 2012' and even later released games in terms of visuals.
When WOW ends I will walk my first toon (a Pandaren Monk) to my favorite spot in the jade forest, sit with a feast and my favorite pet, and wait for the servers to shut down.
I don’t care what anyone says MoP is still my favorite expansion theme and visuals wise. A lot seemed to just write it off because “Haha Kung Fu Panda lol”, but I do feel like the Sha and maybe Y'Shaarj should have been one of the main marketing points because of how fearsome they are and the fan base likes Old Gods etc though. It taught you to always keep your emotions in check and never let them consume you. It was really uplifting and inspirational for those that cared enough to listen. It might sound cheesy, but Niuzao’s quotes about Tank really inspired me to do my best at Tanking at the time. My favorite was “Though blood floods the ground, the mountain is unmoved”. Side note back when the Peak of Serenity fell to the Legion I was genuinely upset lol. Not from an upset at Blizzard mindset, but from a upset at the Legion from an immersion/RP standpoint. Blizzard is probably a little antsy about adding lore and characters from Pandaria to the forefront of the story again considering how polarizing it was, which is a shame but that can change hopefully.
I always thought the continent should of had a different name, and Pandaria just be a zone where the Pandaren live within it, so as not to deter people with the whole 'Kung Fu Panda' thing!
The Alliance makes landfall in Pandaria : We need labor, let's ask some native villagers if they'll help us build so we can have an airstrip up by the time the Horde gets here. The Horde makes landfall in Pandaria : We need labor, let's summon demons, kidnap children from local villages and force THEM to do stuff for us. Blizzard : Ah yes, morally equivalent
@@tholos2758 You must not have done the Horde opening quests in the Jade Forest, because you have to release Pandaren workers who were *forced* to build the airstrip. The Alliance also didn't hesitate to lay waste to the land, resources, and people of Pandaria when it came to fighting the Horde, just as the Horde did. There were no good guys in the MoP war campaign.
Alex Cunningham Lol, no they weren’t. Go do it again, the Pandaren offered to help but apparently didn’t understand they were building a military base. The quest consists of you telling them, “Hey, time to go home”. A lot of their dialogue doesn’t even suggest they all considered it overworking, they literally just walk away
This is what I’ve been wondering since I did the quest that says the vale would be restored, but that it would need time to heal. Maybe put Zidormi at the entrance to the Vale to show it in it’s restored form or at least in it’s previous form BEFORE Garrosh destroyed it with the heart of Y’Shaarj.
I would love it if we returned to Pandaria someday. Especially a story revolving around the Black Empire's rebirth. Also, there are apparently there is a clan of Mogu known as the "Necro-Lords" that were stirred by Azeroth's wound.

I actually love Pandaria. MoP is the reason I got into WoW in the first place. I wish more of the world had that style of architecture/environment because it is by far the most beautiful imo.
Uhhhh the Mantid are loyal to the old Gods and from Legion to BFA the old God forces have been seen mobilizing (behind the scenes of the main story) including the Mantid in Pandaria since they are loyal to Yash’raj. It’s weird because they were not loyal to the other Old Gods only Yash’raj but they have been seen now working in order with other Old God forces.
This was my all time favorite expansion. The PvP was great and the zones such as valley of the four winds, felt so good to quest in and they were beautiful. Even till this day, i still fly around the continent all the time just exploring. I would love to see a new expansion that takes us back there.
What about the yaungol?By the way,can you make a video of what is going to happen after Azshara has been completely defeated? And how can we defeat N'zoth without the artifact weapons?
The Hozen apparently grew wings... As for revisiting old zones, I am still waiting for Farahlon in WoD to be unlocked. Maybe filled to the brim with lightforged psychopaths?
Blizz should do an expansion just focused on adding all the zones that have been cut or dropped from every expansion because of time constraints. Fixing the god awful professions and adding woodcutting/working would be nice too.
Pandaria is still the most underrated expansion of all of wow history. PvP was great, raids were alright at the beginning but made up for it when siege of orgrimmar dropped. I really miss this expansion. Really made up for the shit show that was cata.
Pandaria was buried under the next expansion and forgotten because Blizzard never intended for Pandas to actually be a canon part of Warcraft lore they just wanted to make bank. They got a good gig going. People pay full price for half a game every few years plus the price of a video game console every year from subs plus the most expensive shop items in any game because they don't give a fuck and shit all over their own franchise if it makes them a quick buck. This terrible treatment of their fans will have long-term repercussions when people don't want their games anymore and subscribers slowly die-off. They're not trying to maintain or increase their fanbase. They're trying to squeeze money out of gamers with as little effort as possible. You're going to see this company become very casual very quickly in the next 10 years here.
the bad thing of wow is that you cant enjoy an expansion because they give you another one after 2 years, the result is that 80% of the players havent even completed the contents of the old expansion and they are already ready in the new continent leaving in dust the other...pandaria was a nice expansion better than fucking wod legion and bfa...i think it was the real last expansion of the old wow...now its all easy every class has the abilities that the other has bah thats why i will play classic...hope retail fail so bad 20k achi player
35 years have passed with nothing to do. Yrel and her people convert themselves to the powers of the light becoming forged a new and spreads their power with the draenor natives including orcs and ogres either by choice or force and they became lightbound. Then everyone is pretty much fucked by the lightbound and the Horde champion along with Eitrigg assisted the last remnants of the people of Draenor escape their home while Grom sacrificed himself to face his son and Yrel. The alternate timeline is pretty much destroyed after that and we got the Mag'har allied race.
Yh MoP had to clean up the mess that Cata did. Sadly, ppl didn't take the panda stuff seriously, complaining about it being childish despite the game already had a sortof goofyness to it with Gnomes and Goblins. And Monks got ignored despite it being a very solid class And the Talent system was nice to. Although I would love to see it combined with the classic one.
I hope we will NOT get either Hozen or Jinyu as allied races, Pandaria was one big heap of anthropomorphic animals that just flooded the game with gibberish.
