What's going on with RAW Nutrition? I've ordered products and got a shipping email notification, just to receive an email days later being told that the products were months on back order and I would receive a refund. Then I received a second shipping notification 3 days later that doesn't update on the movement of the package. Has it shipped or not? I've sent emails to you guys asking about this and got no response. I've called your customer service phone number during the hours listed on the recording. No one answers the phone and it directs you to leave a voicemail. But, it's impossible to leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox is full. It's been over a week - No products, no refund, no response to emails nor phone calls. I'm not trying to put you guys on blast and I hate to have to post a message here so everyone can see but at this point I feel like it's my last resort in an effort to try to get a response from you guys. At this point, I guess the only thing left for me to do is dispute the charge on my card.
