A large tank that previously contained mot oil is to be cleaned, the tank will be ventilated, and the air tested prior to entry for cleaning, what is the safe level of lel for entry?? What is the main purpose of the guard??
Salman Maniyar There are 2 conditions in which a risk assessment must be reviewed.when their is a reason to suspect the risk assessment is no longer valid eg. following an accident Or when there is a significant change in which the assessment was associated with , such as work process, technology eg. Before you used to mix cement by hand but now you are going to use mixture machine to mix cement.
