Hello Harsh,
You have to mention the keywords.
Statements can be framed in your own words but professional language is appreciated.
If you read the text 2-3 times and memorise the keywords, it’ll help you in framing answers in own words.

Audit Procedures are broadly classified into two types as explained in this video.
Inquiry, Inspection, Observation, Re-performance, Confirmation, Recalculation etc. are techniques/methods used to obtain evidence. We can use these methods in performing the audit procedures - Risk Assessment Procedures, Tests of Controls, Tests of Details and Analytical Procedures.
