You can screw the end off to change the bump stop just hold the rod with a hydraulic press or vise I'd heat it up tho before tho. & that sperical bearing will have a snap ring inserted. Nice one on powder coat too
U make thus stuff look easy and they come out real nice!!! I really need to make a powder oven like u did. Opens alot of doors. I restore and sell quads too. Mostly banshees but I've been doing 450s lately also. And I never knew how quick spring removal is

Yes. Removing springs is not super hard. It definitely gives your quad that added fresh touch!
