I am not normally a fan of diagonal builds because it creates jagged walls that look weird, but in this ensemble it looks quite nice. Makes the village look very organic.
@@5aiv. I do not agree, its just ugly to me when u walk through the building. It clearly is not how the game is supposed to be used for building and you feel that everytime
@@wtfgebeurdmij2991I think it’s possible that you could both be right. I like both the diagonal and regular buildings and I feel like when people use both for large projects like this, it makes a lot of sense. I also wouldn’t say you can tell that it’s not how it’s meant to be used because Minecraft is a game where you build your own world. If you don’t want to build that way, then don’t. But it’s not wrong for someone else to build that way if they want.
1. You have a greate sense of designing interiors. 2. And a great sense of Detailing 3. You KNOW how to make cinematics. These are the two things I loved about this video and yeah I love the main Church building(I mean the very first building that you created.)
@@Just_A_Simple_Time_Traveller I had to reread twice to realize that those are more than two things and I would have never noticed any issue if you had not pointed it out 😁
Excellent build! Asides from looking gorgeous, it looks functional, natural and lived in; a skill I'm yet to master! The structures were rally good, but it was some of the custom trees that really caught my attention! GG
I would like to live in that village. Either a person has it or they don't. I don't have the expertise/knowledge to do what you do - so I enjoy watching. Then I go and play on my world. Try things out. Really well done. I tried editing some - I'd have to spend a lot more time learning it though. I'd get frustrated and quit! LOL Thanks for sharing. You make it look really realistic.
How can you be so productive and creative while building a building? I think for hours while building a building and I only break the block I put on it, I can't do anything.
Prolly some form of an RTX pack I have one for my lab top Just keep in mind if you do this people who play on console TYPICALLY can’t load the game with out it crashing. I have an RTX pack I was trying out and everyone in console couldn’t load the realm haha
I think it looks amazing, although I do think you might've added a little too many trees. It would've been so cool if you'd added a castle/manor house too! Lovely work for sure.
Very nice build, but man you added way too many trees. Especially in the crop fields, crop fields don't have trees in them because it'll block the sun and you'll get poor yields and in medieval times that was all you had to ensure you survived the winter.
Minecraft for real is a great game and you can make somewhere really pretty but for me it always feels abandoned and dead, it lacks life, movement, animation etc I want to see more life.
There a hardcore streamer that I watch and the way he plays makes the word feel so alive. He doesn’t really kill anything he just moves it and all of his villagers are just free to roam where ever they want and because it’s well lit up they never face a threat and he lives in a wonderful village. I’m blanking on his name but when I remember I’ll come back and edit this.
Well, you should be able to. The village is on an island, which doesn't have any ores, but outside the island, there's normal overworld, so you can get your resources from there.

diagonal builds are better than normal, look way more beautiful !!!

I love that you're building diagonally, that's not very common in Minecraft, it looks amazing, it gives a natural feel to the village.
The fact that you built a dungeon, and flesh that out .. bravo

ive never seen someone build something diagonal before. That shit was cool asf
Look for youtubers like Dukonred1, Fwhip and ViggomanPlays... Great builders
Awesome!!! The village feels like an adventure is about to begin within it! 🤩
Also love the music you used! Big fan of Alexander Nakarada.
I am 1:09 in and I love it. I love that you actualy build the builders not use that mod that places all the blocks for you to just stack up
Has a very early 1900s Pacific Northwest vibe to it. Amazing.
It’s European inspired
Thats an awesome village! well done.

The layout and vibe remind me so much of Banished that when I saw the thumbnail I thought that was what this was at first.

I bet you're a professional level designer... Just wow.
Beautiful builds ❤ The landscape is stunning!
The diagonal buildings! Awesome!
I like how you built the church first, as most historic villages were built around churches
Nice angled buildings, love it nice work

Maybe one day Mojang will decide to improve the villages.
Why do you cover the ground in the bright blue blocks before replacing with grass? Do you know you can brush them on the ground with Worldedit?
I know, but I prefer it doing it this way because I have more control over what im replacing
