Also sleepy tip: 0:00-8:22 look at the satisfying things she does until your eyes get droopy. Once you get to this point turn down your mobile device so you can't see the screen but you can hear and listen to it all the way through from point 8:22.

I was literally laying I bed struggling to fall asleep. You're a lifesaver
I've connected the dots, we joke about how it's an addiction, but we arent lying! Asmr makes us feel relaxed, tired, but its come to a point with some people where you cant sleep without it! And when we turn back to out devices to watch this amazing content the blue light from our phones etc. Keeps us awake! It send a chemical signal to your brain that you want to stay up, and th ats how we all became addicted to asmr , the end, its sleepy time. Btw, this isnt hate at all, I love this channel been here for years I just think that it's funny how we put ourselves in this loop night 😌
