Wow. I don’t know what’s happened in the last couple of years but these guys feel reinvigorated. Dexter sounds the best he has done for 20 years. The live shows are varied, interesting and engaging. And they are keeping the old material fresh. Love it. Great to have Brian in this as much as the orchestra. Won’t be to everyone’s taste but I like that they’re mixing it up - I’m a fan. @@EricAmesmusic yeah I remember seeing a video of them playing on some show a couple of albums back, and the songs were all suddenly weirdly pitch-perfect. If he's still using it today they must have taken it down a couple notches as its not so obvious (or maybe the tech has improved, probably a bit of both). Queen is my number 1 favorite band, and Offspring is the second one! This video, this song, its everything to me! Thank you guys!
So this song came out when my high school sweetheart and I were first together and now He's been gone 6 years after a beautiful life together and I remember being so attached to this song but so grateful that my life didn't really identify with it back then and now here I am living it. Only difference is I don't think I would trade because this is by far the harder life. I am lucky I get to see our babies grow up but basically I'm living to see him again one day.
This had been one of my favorite songs for my entire life. Loved the original, loved when FFDP covered it, and this version hits you in the feels harder than ever. Great job guys.
Listened to this song a lot after my grandfather died from cancer before Christmas in 2020. It's hard to listen to now, but it got me through that difficult time and really captured how I felt (and still feel now) at the time. This version is beautiful.
Ребята, получилось просто потрясающе, а участие Брайна стало приятной неожиданностью. Спасибо!!!
Magnificent 😎

Yes, that's incredible, it reminds me of my father who has already passed away in 2016, thank you very much.

This song is literally multiversal! Out of time and space!💪💪💪💪 One of the best in the whole world!
Offspring was the first band that I watched alive in 1999 and I love Gone Away. Brian May is my guitar hero.
I just loved this version... awesome ❤🔥
Les quedó excelente!!!! Escucho offspring hace mas de 20 años... y los sigo escuchando!!!
This was wild, and still couldnt resist adding a bit of the queen sound to it.. i so love the orchestra versions of this, thank you so much and this song when ot first came out got me through a hard time back then.
I have listened to this song so many times in the past years, after a close friend died and then after my mother passed away, love all the versions of it, the original one, the piano version and now with an Orchestra and Brian May, just amazing! 😭😭😭
What an amazing version! This was phenomenal!!!!
So glad this band is still out here making music and bringing joy to peoples. They were the first rock band I got to see in concert, saw them in a small venue touring for this album, my ears were ringing for days afterward.
Been listening to the Offspring since ‘93 or ‘94. So glad they’re still around. Their LAPD song and really their Ignition album is vastly underrated.
That's it !! Nice Offspring Still Got It with Sir Brian May 🎉
