Shaking under acceleration

Hyundai Santa Fe came I for a wheel alignment after getting new control arms, when we took it for a test drive there was a shaking under hard acceleration, this is typically caused by the CV axle. One axle was new so we replaced the other one after speaking with the owner. The car was still shaking under acceleration so we looked at it on the hoist and noticed that the control arms that were put on before we got the vehicle where flexing and the engine mounts were moving substantially as well… between the two things we think that this is causing the vibration.
