Do not forget that acanthosis nigricans is also associated with gastric adenocarcinoma!
Awesome question though! Keep it up!

Yes, and several more malignancies as well. Not necessarily limited to any one organ

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is also associated with superficial thrombophlebitis. Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin presents as raised scaly plaque can develop after solar keratosis. Hep C, is associated with leukocytoclastic vasculitis as well as lichen planus. Cushing syndrome, yeah definitely not lol.

I always read the last sentence of the stem and glance at the choices to know the general idea of what to look for. How come you don’t do that?

This is probably just a personal thing for me but I don't find that useful at all for USMLE/COMLEX. Certainly that can work for in-class exams, shelf exams, etc., but never found any utility in that on anything else. For example if the last sentence says "which of the following is associated with this disease," you still need to (1) read the entire stem (2) determine the disease in question and (3) make the correct association. So when people say read the last sentence first, I think that's just a gimmicky thing that people have tried to use to monetize their expertise where in reality its not as useful as it may seem. But if it works for you, then keep doing it !! We all learn differently.

@@DirtyMedicine great to know! Ya it definitely works for in-class exams. And so far on amboss/uworld it’s worked but I see it is useless many times. Thanks for the reply and your amazing vids!
