The problem is that companies don't care about good employees and use them, and you end up doing jobs of others for the same or less pay. I retired at 32 a few years ago and love working but not need to and have other priorities now, and my husband has a successful career and loves it and constantly has people begging him to work for them. But so many places start taking advantage of their best employees and end up losing them. My husband could retire anytime he wants, and we have everything and could live on just my income if wanted. We have beautiful home and everything else need and want and I've raised 4 sons 16 to 24 now who are starting out on own and have college paid for, but some have become independent on their own. Unfortunately, not many good hard workers out there, and they are skating by while others do the work. You have to know when to move on from a place that doesn't appreciate your work or time. Too many are scared to leave but why important to have f you money. Everything is different when you own everything and not in debt and can do whatever you want without having to keep with statis quo .
😮the simple psychology of this, seems lost on so many, I feel sad to think of it. The heartening note of how you help people to improve their station by increasing their interest and worth is a beneficial happiness for my day. I thank you, Alux. Please continue your works!❤
🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Warning: Being "irreplaceable" in regard to employment, be careful, being "irreplaceable" can lock you into that position for the rest of your career.
No, it can secure you a good job with more money than you think. Disposable people get fired. Irreplacable people develop theor skillset and move up to the next position. If they're not properly rewarded they move on to the next job.
I will be eternally grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach your name to let the whole world know that you saved me from huge financial debt with little investment, thank you,lsabelle-ChIoe-Scott.
The willingness to adapt, change, and take on assignments that are within and outside your position enhances one's value. However, most importantly, it is the communication we have with our co-workers and clients.
Trust in a brand shows. Lol. Alux definitely delivers. I can reliably cheer on the title. Rare in this workd of cluckbaiting timewasters. A breath of fresh air. ✨️
This all sounds good but it becomes a nightmare. After you prove your self like this for some time, people tend to take you for granted. Then they expect you can be a superman and do things above your abilities. Bosses at first will respect and praise, then all the praise goes away and while others get promoted you get left behind because they don't want you promoted away from them. So while in the beginning it's great it eventually becomes a double edge sword. If you should slip ever so slightly, they will treat you like shit, otherwise they will take more and more advantage of you until you become a robot. I am at that point. But 18 months I am retiring. Just something to think about. Maybe this will work if you change jobs more often. Just don't stick around like I did. As for all the help you may provide for friends, family and coworkers. Count that as nothing, chances are they won't be there for you when you need it but even worse, when you are in the roughest patches of your life, they will still expect you to come to their aid when you really need theirs.
It is always good to have a financial plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.
Very true, people downplay planners role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license-fiduciary advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience, I liquidated 200k of 325k from my 401k it has yield nearly 1M after subsequent investments so far.
I've shuffled through a few experts in the past, but settled with LUCY ROSE CARTER. The strategy she use is recession-proof, more specifically profit-oriented , and most likely, you'd find her basic info on the net, she's a renowned advisor.
Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now especially for near retirees. I've been in touch with LUCY ROSE CARTER for a while now mostly because I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions.
LUCY ROSE CARTER is the CFP responsible for my portfolio success, the lady has a private client base you can confirm her yourself on the internet, regulation an all.
I learned that very few people can be irreplaceable. I heard several bosses say that everyone is replaceable, but those bosses are not leaders, they are managers by title, true leaders have people follow them whether have title or not. People who weren't at the top, but had had power and influence and were unreplaceable are Kobe, Ray Lewis, Steve Balmer, and John Elway.
