why is important to remove the snorkel? it comes naturally to me, but i never considered why is it so important?

Because it'll still be full of water when you surface.

for equalization purpose need to remove snorkel

Because if you pass out your body shuts down and closes your mouth but with a snorkel in your mouth cant shut

multiple wrong answers and one correct. When you pass out under water your body automaticaly close off mouth so water can't rush inside. Well that mechanic works quite poorly when you have a phunel in your mouth helping water enter your lungs.
You can equalise with a snorkel in the mouth if you do it correctly because you block off the mouth area with the tongue.

For Safety. You don't want a snorkel full of water connected to your airways when you dive.
