I'm 44, and things only get harder, even when things get good, life always seems routine, boring, rushed, lost, and meaningless....is OK...many people feel like that.

Love your content. It sucks there’s people making fun of you and giving you dumb advice. They are lameos who are most def lost or in denial. We are all lost
    You have my support. 🎉

Learning new things is really important as we age. There are studies that have shown there is a connection to how we feel time passing in relationship to how much new learning we are doing. The more we learn a new skill or way of doing something time feels like it is passing slower. But if we are stuck in a routine and just existing time feels like it is moving much faster.
Something I learned, you will find it easier to cut bell peppers if you use a chef knife with a longer blade for cutting them down to size and a smaller blade (pairing knife) for the detailed cuts like cutting out the veins and stems.
Recently I just learned - you're only a failure IF you quit. Just keep doing what your doing and eventually you will find your direction and your voice and your audience will grow with you.

I hope you don’t feel like a failure anymore! This is this first video I’m watching of yours, and I’m only halfway through it but I can say your content will be helpful to me in navigating my 20s also.
Having finished my undergraduate and graduate school and losing friends, dealing with my parents getting older, starting my professional career (like proper full time work), and working on myself are all topics that I’m dealing with that you have mentioned in this video.
Your videos and voice are so relaxing and simple, it’s easy to watch your content. Thanks for sharing so much. I’m gonna check out more videos and subscribe to you. I feel like content from smaller channels is just better and easier to feel connected to. So thanks again for sharing this :)

We've all been there...simple reflection......what do you want for you? When was the last time you felt free? Its OK.....we're all vulnerable.....what do you believe in

I relate to this a lot, I think my perfectionism has stopped me from writing and this video inspired me to try again. Thank you and please don't stop making videos.

I feel your insecurities and I really relate to you as a person and the things you struggle with. I feel like the both of us are growing a lot in our mental health journey and I'm proud of your accomplishments. You have come a long way and I know I have too. I get migraines so I get the headaches, the fear of posting, ect. I also just got rid of Facebook and that was the best thing I ever did. I'm keeping in touch with my friends through text and IRL relationships are a priority and I feel so much happier
