  • Howth is a peninsula blessed with beauty of forest and hill, reems of ancient lore and legend, a tranquil charming fishing village, dream homes upon tall verdant-capped cliffs - and a community of locals, many families of whom have been in Howth and BEEN Howth for beyond the stretch of memory. This idyllic natural oasis on the edge of Dublin City, is part of the Howth/Malahide area for which I am running for a seat on Fingal County Council. If you live here or know one who does, I ask you vote for me on June 7th, to place a determined man of action and awareness in one of the available seats of power. I believe in balance and compromise, but will fight fiercely to protect the heritage of Howth and the way of life that locals cherish above any treasure.

Jamie, no matter what the result, congratulations for standing in the local elections here in Howth. You have a good strong message for the community and I sincerely hope to hear more from you at future referenda. Thank you for putting yourself forward as a candidate.

Thank you so much, Anthony. Greatly appreciate your words. It was an honour to represent Howth in this capacity by running for office and articulating a vision of who we are and what we should be aiming for, and I will certainly be continuing to give myself to this beautiful part of the world in any way I can.
