Do you know if that washer is crucial behind the water pump wheel? On my 02 it didn’t have one when removing everything and was wondering if I should get the exact washer or if any washer that fits the thread would work. Thanks!
If I were in your shoes I would opt for the OEM washer. A generic one might be an exact match and may never cause an issue but the simplicity and of ordering the exact one would be my choice. Peace of mind at the end of the day

May i ask why u didn't upgrade the basket and or replace it. Because i see the wear points on the basket? I'm curious
The wear isn’t to the point that it will effect the performance, but it is on the list for future replacement
Does the head had to be removed to replace the inner clutch cover case that has the oil fill plug on it
No, its not required to remover the cyl head to replace the inner clutch cover. Happy wrenching!
