Jamie Seattele is a very smart man. He knows Elliott Wave. Not the 1930's elliott wave, but a new age elliott wave. It uses indicators and multiple ways to determine a wave cycle. The old 1930's did it primarily by PRICE. Now a days its all computers and now done by triggers from indicators.

All you need is price action to profit. Learning about more technical analysis such as elliot waves, gann, candlesticks etc can be interesting but not very useful in practice. I know this first hand as all I use is price action entries with the pipdaq setups and it has changed my trading around.
