- In an exclusive interview with The Forefront, Nabam Dodum, President of the All Nyishi Students' Union (ANSU), shared strong statements regarding the ongoing demands and issues concerning the District Based Entrepreneurship Act. Dodum emphasized that if the government does not repeal the act, the Adi Baane Kebang (ABK) will be held solely responsible.
He also mentioned that the Nyishi Elite Society (NES), the parental body of ANSU, advised them to step back from the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) fiasco.
Furthermore, Dosum stated that ANSU will pursue its three-point demand, and if these demands are not fulfilled by August 12, 2024, the union will be forced to call for a bandh (strike).
𝑨𝑵𝑺𝑼'𝒔 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒆-𝑷𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅:
1. Immediate repeal of the Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneur and Professional (Incentive Development and Promotion) Act 2015.
2. Revamping and composite reintegration of the decaying schools in the state.
3. Immediate suspension of Shri Lham Tashi, OSD to Hon'ble Chief Minister, and revert him back to Parental Development, and suspension of Shri Kirli Padu, SP APPS, the then CSLO, and Miss Moyir Basar Kamdak, APPS, the then Deputy Superintendent of Police cum SSO, Civil Secretariat for hatching conspiracy to frame a case against the All Nyishi Students' Union (ANSU) team.
No more bandh calls.We aspirants and students don't support and reject any bandh calls.APSU and ANSU sold the future of youths by favouring govt. during APPSC scandal.Long live Arunachal and PAJSC.

Genuine appeal by ABK... hope the rest of CBOs from other districts will come in support of ABK. District Based Entrepreneur Act is the controlling tool which provides equal opportunities for entrepreneurs of all districts in their own respective districts. Otherwise more powerful entrepreneurs from other districts overpower the local contractors and even do not carry out quality works. This act empowers the local contractors and local youth to take up the tender/contract works without interference from more influential contractors of other districts
