Kacey strikes me as a Dolly Parton for this generation. She has that same talent for songwriting, that same sweetness in her voice, the same humility and sense of humour about what she does. I hope she goes as far as Dolly. She deserves it.

Oh wow. I've only just discovered Miss Musgraves, incredible voice and so much talent in one stunning person.
Saw Kacey in Kansas City this past Friday Night and with "Star Crossed" Musgraves has made the jump to arena shows in a big way. At first, I was let down that she only includes one song from her first two records in the show (Merry Go Round).
But the last two albums are more in the Pop vein and are both really good albums. The show was great and Kacey certainly deserves to play for bigger crowds while headlining. Can't wait to see what she does next and can't wait to see her in concert again.
