If you have a Home FFL then the ATF can search your entire home whenever they feel like it and they don't need a search warrant. I know this because I used to have a home based ffl.
I have a question, so if I want to buy for example an m203 grenade launcher I need a type 09 FFL since I’m buying that or is only if your selling it that you need it?
My HOA in the bylaws prohibits operating a business but ive emailed them today to inquire about an exception. My question is who checks these rules? Does the ATF agent verify that or the local county when applying for the occupation license? Thanks, great vid!
I'm not looking to sell Firearms, but laser engrave them. (Manufacturing) so I guess go for type 7? Do you think there will be any differences for me in the process of getting my FFL? thank you!
@lakesidearmory that's what I was thinking. I mean after all it's considered manufacturing, and manufacturing isn't taxable in Oklahoma, as far as like sales tax goes. It's still an income, so that's taxed obviously. Thank you!

Your local county will issue the approval for home base occupation. You must have that in hand before even applying for the FFL

I would assume it would all be the same process, but you wouldn't need to apply for your re-sell license, or tax certificate

Can you do a partnership for an FFL?
Your business can be a partnership. Doesn't have to be a LLC. Can also be a sole proprietor.
