As you may know by now Uncle, everything is big in Nigeria. They probably thought your request was small 😅
But 20,000 units. That's a massive number. Congratulations. I wish you much success in my country, Sierra Leone.
It is amazing the progress of TAF Gambia and hope it can be replicated in Salone in several locations

We are excited about this project even though I have already built a house in Sierra Leone. Brilliant idea!! May you make many sales as possible. This is first of it kind in my lifetime. Vivi TAF and this administration!! Progress all over the country. Am not a member of their party though but truth be told…

All these is nice BUT Mr. President make 24 hours electricity a priority for Freetown as a whole and country wide. It is doable;black out is rampant now and most people are not attracted to a a dark city or town, Please bring 24hrs guaranteed electricity supply and observe the difference ,most people do not feel safe when it is dark around them ,Freetown must look bright at night just like Hill station and it's environs with functioning streets lights ;What is taking these two old parties so long ,to bring Sierra Leone quranteed 24hrs electricity??? Just the small eastern part of Freetown is currently dark right now!!some times lights rationed ,we can do way better than that.

Ngl the estate looks nice for gambian standards, but you cannot talk about smart city without modern transportation services : metro lines, tramway. Proper asphalted roads and sanitation. To be fair it looks more like a golf estate which is cool but far from a smart city full of modern technologies like we see in China for example.

It's coming along. Little by little. This is how domestic development works... Build on top of your build. Everything is planned for our budget

Of course these are smart cities, you are talking about metros and railway systems but honestly those are being built in big economical cities, where you have hundreds of thousands or in some cases millions of people, they have no choice but to build those infrastructures. Honestly i congrats Mr taf for solving Africa's problem in a well plan way. Green energy, good Street light, clean water and fast network connection, that's a smart city!

African can define themselves they don't have to be like China. In fact, Although I admire China infrastructure it will look like a concrete jungle in the need future too overdevelped.. Africa don't need that look we have space, beautiful land to keep a balance between nature and development of infrastructure.
