Sir jaise sec 261 mai diya h ki second class magistrate 6 months se zada ka offence ni try kr sakte.. and 262 mai diya h.. ki 3 months se zada ka sentence ni pass kr sakte.. ye thoda confuse kr rha h

How to attempt this test
Sir यह बतावो की sec 260 तो 2वर्ष से कम के अपराध की सुनवाई के लिए मजिस्ट्रेट को empower कर रहा है। यानी वह 2 वर्ष तक कि सजा दे सकता है।
जबकि sec 262 (2) कह रहा है 3 मास से अधिक कारावास का दंड नही दे सकता ।
