Beautiful! Is 23MZ a 172M? Can you share details? Year, model, etc. Also, since many are probably looking at similar planes and want to understand purchase, upgrade costs, things to watch out for, etc. I'd love to see a video on "Owning an Airplane" with 23MZ as the subject. :-)
