I don’t know how this happens but whenever I am having a bad moment I find solace in these recordings. I wish I could share this with my loved ones but they are so resigned.

My favorite quote in this recording, 12:08-12:15, is Katie stating " *. . .I love your ability to take 100% responsibility because anything else is delusional.* " Katie is amazing.

A remarkable person; it is truly a gift to realise who we are and Mark exemplifies this with an authenticity that is unmatched. Thank you for sharing this wonderful session.

Comforting quote. The following is Katie's take on the Bible story of Jesus healing the man on the mat. 52:30-53:09. " *Get off the mat is like investigating. Get off the thought that my mother should not tell me what to do. That's the mat you lie on. And when you investigate it you're off of it. Or it's off of you. You don't move from it; it moves from you because it's the truth that sets you free. You meet that truth halfway with investigation and it does the rest. It's a given. It's in kind. Even measurement. You go halfway and the gift is the rest of the way. You don't have to do it. It meets you. You're carried.* " Thank you Always In The Now.

That song at 1 hour mark is like your own eternal soul talking to you in this life. I keep replaying it to see how many times I can answer yes. Really lovely!!

Mothers are not supposed to tell their children how to live their lives. Is it true?
