To get a Caribbean passport, is it the same process that you and I discussed about getting the Bosman passport?

Each country will have its own specific requirements and regulations - whether that is a Caribbean, European (Bosman A) or any country in the world. Google your nearest consulate or embassy for the country you are interested in. Visit them in person to see what is required.

Then I would recommend going out and getting stats (i.e. semi-pro, ABA) and legitimizing yourself in the eyes of coaches and agents. Yes, a basketball resume only works if there is something to put on it (college and above). You're right.
I went to a combine and was given a list of contacts to get in touch with. What is the best way of reaching out to them and giving them my résumé? How should I approach this?

That's a great question! There is a specific method that I use and it's worked amazingly for me and others who I have taught it to.
