@@danielkonrad1444 Daniel they showed how fast it goes. Yes your Wright typhon 6s has nothing to do with crawling,but crawling is not about bashing and how fast it goes. They shown sometimes videos of that. Crawling to me slow and picking the Wright line,fast is the typhon 6s.that's all I'm saying Daniel. Big Al

Took me 3 hours to finally connect to my phone, I quickly changed my rotation and drag brake as fast as possible hoping I could save it before I lose connection lmao. YES YES YES YES finnnnnalllllyy.
I have had a similar issue, I found, putting the phone on top of the vehicle worked the best.
I have the same issue and cannot connect to the esc yet. Tried everything to solve the issue...

Yeah, it's what the line needed since many RTR's come stock with a 550 motor.

I just ordered this and should have it here on Monday. Curious about the BEC setting. Does the voltage only change for the servo or is it also for the aux plugs? New servo can handle 7.4v but I don’t think my lights can and I do not want to blow them up.
I'm giving the 540 a try hard to do when you mainly run holmes but working at a hobby shop has its benefits :D
There you go! the 540 is good now with the 1.1 version of firmware. About 20-25% more punch.
I would go with the 550 and not the 540. The 550 has different adjustments then the 540. You won't get things like throttle matching with the 540. I could be wrong. I hope RC Review corrects me if I am wrong. I love this channel.
Have you tried running the stock shifter servos @7.4V? Some people claim to have done this for a couple of years with no issues. 🤔

Thanks for this awesome video. I´ve ordered the 2300KV bundle for my TRX4 (as well as 3 Diff Servos up to 7.4V and a new steering Servo). But do you (means: anyone) know if i could use the traxxas receiver at 7.4V? Cause that´s what I´m thinking might become a issue ^^
We've done it and others have. It does not seem to be an issue for the receiver.

How can I run both the Traxxas light supply with the AXE system? I've got the Defender and I want both of them to coexist
For the Traxxas light power source he can just connect that directly to the battery. The reason is that unit just converts any 5v To 12 V input to a 3 V output
So this does not require any Bluetooth cable and would link automatically?

i will go for the 1800kv! Max 2300kv. Because you want them low speed modulation. Its fast enough for fast walking....with 3s !

please fix the error after the update, as I change to 7.4 v, my kv rating disappears to 0, I need to reset and change to 6 kv to work again, why?

My hw link v2 app crashes everytime after connecting to my esc successfully and clicking parameters (or anything else). It just freezes before crawler appears? Any siggestions?
I had problem with my xerun 3300. While kick the throtle , the power suddenly drop and loss the power, and the esc blinking 'red'. What the problem? And the solution. Thanks in advance

If I wanted to keep the ability to use the lockers, could someone give me a suggestion on what to use to switch out the baby servos for something that could handle the 7.4v?

The issue with the micros burning out isn't the servos, the problem lies in the Traxxas radio that does not allow endpoint adjustments for each individual channel. The only endpoint you can set with the Traxxas radio is the main steering servo.
Get a flysky radio/receiver to remedy this issue.
My Xerun Axe 3300KV goes twice faster reverse than frowards.
Cabels correctly connected.
HOBBYWING app calibrated properly.
Any ideas guys?
Yes, it's on the settings by default (100% forward and 50% backwards). You probbaly have to change the CCW to CW or just movre the backwards to 100%
I installed the axe 550 system in my trx4. This don't seem to have a brake. When going forward and I apply the brake it goes directly into reverse. Is this axe esc bad or do I have something set wrong? I should mention I have other Hobbywing systems in other RC's and don't have this problem with those. I run the XR10 Pro. This is my first axe system.
This is an ESC setting. Change it to Forward/Brake Reverse instead of Forward/Reverse Mode.
@@RCReviewChannel I have looked and can not find where this is changed. I don't see how to do this on the axe system. See if you can change yours to forward only. I don't see this. Thanks for replying back I will be waiting to see what you find.
@@RCReviewChannel I found out from Hobbywing the crawler setup does not have a brake per se. It has forward and reverse. Not forward brake reverse. They { hobbywing } claims when crawling you do not want a brake. This must be why the drag brake can be set to 200%. I guess there is no need for a brake when you have this. With other systems if I wanted to hold a hill I applied the brake. The drag brake would never hold as good as the brake. With the Axe system the drag brake takes place of this or does this job like it should. Interesting for sure. I really like Hobbywing. Second to none in my book.
Sorry I don't know how to comment directly to you but you should do a RC review on the cheeper rc's such as the rgt ex86010-cj they have upgraded their platform and some of my friends and I are wondering about it

Yeah first thing I did was turn mine up to 7.4
I need to enter password, i can't change the password on settings, it won't let me press the OK button when the name password and repeat password is typed.
