    • @livandvivdesignco
      @livandvivdesignco  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi! The best solution I can think of is to not make it stretchy. So if you use beading wire or fishing line, crimp the ends and attach a clasp, you shouldn't have that issue! Hope that helps :)

    Will the knot ever come undone since you cut most of the string off? I always worry about that when making mine and haven't found a good solution for the ends of the knot yet.

    • @livandvivdesignco
      @livandvivdesignco  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Emily! With knotted string there’s always a risk of that. A few things you could do to ensure that doesn’t happen is you could leave the tails longer and tuck them back through the beads on each side of the knot. Another thing you could do is add a crimp cover. Basically that would crimp over top of the knot, helping add a little more security. Hopefully that helps some!

    • @lightitupss
      @lightitupss ปีที่แล้ว

      You could always bye a measuring kit for beads, if they are around your height or age you could find a size similar to yours, and use stretchy string to be safe.

      About 7 inches.. so about 18cm. That’s the finished bracelet length. But cut the string longer to put the beads on.
