Thanks for the kind endorsements of our show Rudy. We couldn't make the show happen without all the car owners. 14 years ago when we started it was hard to get people to commit to a show that had never been done. Now that they understand what we wanted to do in the car universe it has become much easier.
I’ll never forget the first time I saw BOB sitting at the winter Naperville swap meet at a little card table trying to promote the show telling me how great it was going to be. If I only knew!! You’re welcome, it is absolutely the best show of all!
The Barn Finds and Hidden Gems section is another flavour to get u salivating. Some real character and rarity in there. The green survivor SuperBee on slots is a beaut! 😍
That part of the show is a huge success, everyone flocks to see those cars and I talked to that guy with that green Superbee for quite a while, man I want one of those so bad!
You’re welcome Nick! Thank you for the good comment I’m glad you enjoyed the video. It’s such an overwhelming show but I try to capture all of the highlights I can, I’m glad you liked it
Great video! The purple 70 superbee was my high-school car. I bought it from the original owner in 84 sold it in 1990. Been chasing it ever since. I see mecum is selling it next weekend. Out of my price range unfortunately.
Lots of amazing Fords at the show, it’s so hard to fit them all into the video but I’m telling you this show is unbelievable. Some years they focus on certain types of cars so you’ll see more Mopar‘s one year than the next. It’s always different, you will not be disappointed ! Thank you !!
Hell yeh even gm had love for mopar.come on Mopar was king back then an king now .nobody was as crazy as Mopar nobody has bigger ball to go all out like them.love the Oldsmobile
Just an eye poppin orgy of muscle porn. Impossible to pick a standout, when u take a step an your jaw drops all over again! I said it b4 an i'll say it again... love a Z28. #1 & #2 Charger 500's? Unrestored perfect purple Cuda? Black/red Daytona? BZZZZZZ.... I'm only 1/3 of th way thru an i had 2 comment! Pinball machines n masks are cool to see, but THIS is why i watch Rudy's World!
I've been wanting to know for awile now if this show every year, is it open to public. Can anyone get into this show or is it limited to certain people?
Hey William it’s every year and it is always on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Open to the public! It’s in Rosemont Illinois at the Donald E Stephens convention center, there’s hotels all over the place up there if you plan on staying the weekend. Only minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare airport
Oh yes that thing was solid carbon fiber it was on display right near the front door. I think I got some footage of it hopefully I’ll have to watch the video again I can’t remember!
Man ,,,, That’s like so hard to answer ha ha. That copper colored hemi Daytona, I would’ve taken that one home in a second. Definitely one of my favorite cars there
(1) That black 1970 SCJ Torino ... the only one there? I believe it was the only 1970-71 Torino there, period. BTW, I was there. (2) I can't believe that you missed the display of the two *Muscle Car Review* "Round 1 Shootout" cars. They were both together as they appeared on the cover of the March 1985 issue that covered that shootout' Really, Rudy ... are you that ignorant of this huge piece of musclecar history that turned the early musclecar hobby upside down? The display even included the "Christmas Tree". 1970 GTX Hemi vs. 1970 GS Stage 1. . Google "Hot Rod Hemi Killer" to see the old amateur video of that race. The owner of the GTX told me that the owners of both cars got a special invitation to bring those two cars.
I am so overwhelmed at the show because of the number of people I talk to every 10 steps I take throughout the entire weekend, I don’t have time to film every specific detail of the show, it’s an overview to show people what it’s like, I miss lots of shit out there when I film these episodes. I’m not doing complete full in-depth coverage, that’s why I urge people to get off their couches and go look at the stuff themselves. No matter what kind of job I do on a video instead of any good criticism everyone always finds one little thing to complain about. I’m used to it by now.
@@RudysWorldOfficial I thought I saw you there for awhile, and that display drew a LOT of attention, so I did expect you to do a short video on it, but that's ok. Filming it was YOUR option. No, I'm not "disappointed" since I later saw that display on numerous other u-tube videos. At least you looked at it, and I do enjoy your work. ... Larry Rose
@@RudysWorldOfficial The price of being too popular, I suppose. Yes, I understand what you say and apologize for pitching that jab at you about being "ignorant" of the significance of that one special display. I was just curious if you would even bother to respond ... and to your credit, you did. I appreciated that. It's interesting that I met a guy at that display who does some restos for Wellborn. He told me that as a teenager he had the various clippings all about that 1984 "shootout" pinned up throughout his room and told me that the significance of that 1970 GS Stage 1 vs. 1970 GTX Hemi race was what got him involved in his restoration passion.
Enjoyed........... 👍👍

Great video Rudy! Thanks for sharing. 👍
What did i just say?
...Z28!!!
Cherry, low miles. The course metallic flake blue on gold rims, tan/beige interior is a stunning combo. 😳🤯😃
Haha There were some crazy low mile ones there but that blue one was nuts! So beautiful
Car Shows ARE insane. This one could have been an easy 3 day event for me. Thanks , i can almost smell it from here :D
As a return to classic muscle content, this is a strong showing, Rudy. Cheers, dude.
Phenomenal show.
Thanks Rudy for taking the time to film and share this awesome show. What an awesome video , thanks again from Vancouver B.C. Canada
You’re welcome Nick! Thank you for the good comment I’m glad you enjoyed the video. It’s such an overwhelming show but I try to capture all of the highlights I can, I’m glad you liked it
Thanks for introducing me to this show!! I will definitely make plans to attend next years show.
Thanks Rudy, we are going to try and make the Corvette Nationals this year in November. Hope to see you there!

11:41 hey theres me
I do want to go to the show. I’m a Ford muscle guy, this show seems Mopar heavy. Or maybe the videos tend to focus on them. Your video very good.

Hey Ruby was that Joe your buddy that finished the restoration on the 500?
I’m dying to go to this show I just always forget to make the plans and I figure if there’s no hotel rooms available
There are plenty of hotels just a mile or two away but, being so close the airport you don't need one. Just fly in early and leave in the evening.

@@RudysWorldOfficial Thank you Rudy! I'll be there this year for sure! Keep making awesome videos!
Was that the Speedkore carbon fibre Charger?
Oh yes that thing was solid carbon fiber it was on display right near the front door. I think I got some footage of it hopefully I’ll have to watch the video again I can’t remember!
Rudy - What was your favorite car?
Man ,,,, That’s like so hard to answer ha ha. That copper colored hemi Daytona, I would’ve taken that one home in a second. Definitely one of my favorite cars there
I don't see any SS el camino's are they that rare?
Nope. Maybe just under appreciated. Mine sure was.

Not ignorant, spent about 20 minutes there at the display, did not film it. Sorry to disappoint you
