    I do not agree. I think as a Christian after reading both Torah and Qur'an l actually has my faith empowered. I have no problem believing Muhammed was a prophet, I do not resent the culture because when you keep an open mind it makes perfect sense.
    Based on my opinion Christians especially in America need to get out of the box and so should those Muslims in the few countries that somehow have turned in radical enforcers. We see these enforces in all three religions.
    - Why should l have a problem with God's name being Allah when in Torah you have over 70 names for God ?
    - Why should I have a problem with God's name being Allah when it comes from the same root as Elah ?
    - Why should l have a problem with God being Allah when the Arabic Bibles use that word too ?
    - Why should l have issues with God's name being Allah when even Christ called him Alaha in Aramaic ?
    Finally l think we are being hypocrites we don't get totally accepted by Jews heck they actually prefer Muslims rather then Christians just look at they rules a Jew is allowed to go to a Mosque for a prayer if needed but they are forbidden to enter a Church because they think us polytheist.
    If we feel insecure with Muslims then by all means let us stop and look how do Jews feel that we appear to have high jacked their religion and still blame them for not accepting Christ in our terms, beside the fact we accuse them of being blind, crazy, children of the devil who killed their Messiah, compared to what we did to Jews we shouldn't really be mad at Muslims for saying it to us.

      I have read Qur'an and as I said l have no problem with it. I also know in the Bible we are told Moses wanted to lead his people Mecca for a pilgrimage but in the last moment God told him to take the other way and lead the Jews out of captivity. I know God sent an Angel and he made a covenant with Hagar who was Abrahams second wife therefore l have no problem to believe the almighty sent a prophet for the descendants of Ishmael just he had done for Isaac or the rest of us Gentiles.

      @@someguy9571 no offence but if you compare NIV Bible Vs KJV Bible you'll find that there are extra verses in the KJV that are removed in the NIV that is not a translation error it's an addition Someone added those verses into the KJV

    • @someguy9571
      @someguy9571 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nasser8391 I didn't say it was a translation error. The reason why those verses in the KJV "aren't in the NIV" (even though they are usually included in the footnotes) is because the most reliable manuscripts don't have those verses. The point of new translations is to get closer to what the originals would have said, and all the evidence shows that some of the verses in the KJV were not in the earliest manuscripts. The NIV isn't some conspiracy to change Christian doctrine, because it doesn't.

    • @nasser8391
      @nasser8391 5 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      @@someguy9571 my point is that at some point in time someone had the ability to add those verses in the Bible that's why Muslim scholars say that the Bible is corrupted

    • @someguy9571
      @someguy9571 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@nasser8391 If the Bible were corrupted, we wouldn't be able to know that. All manuscripts of the Bible would contain the "corruption". However, the manuscripts containing the "corruption" are the minority as far as I can recall.
      Even so, the verses in question are merely clarifications of stuff or things from early church traditions. To call them "corruptions" implies that they are false things added into the Scripture that somehow change doctrines, but that isn't true.
      And speaking of Muslim scholars, the Quran calls the Bible the word of Allah, and also says that Allah's words can not be changed or corrupted. These "scholars" may think that Bible is "corrupted", but the Quran doesn't seem to say so. Quite the opposite.
      If the Bible is corrupted as many Muslim apologists claim, that means the Quran is false, because Allah couldn't preserve his word.
      If it isn't corrupted, then they are still in trouble, because the Bible teaches many things contrary to what the Quran teaches.

      @@someguy9571 That is correct. People who don't speak Arabic should not try and translate these things. Allah does not mean god. Allah comes from the root word 'Elah' which means God. All faiths are okay as long as they are used for spiritual & not political end. There is no better faith and all come from some or other belief and assumptions. The starting point of all problem is _" there is no God but my God", "My god is the only Saviour" etc., As long as preachers and lecturers accept that there is one god ( if at all that is to be believed) with different names or understanding, then there is no necessity for long discussion & debate.

    So do you believe in the father of God, Mother of God, and God?
    If it is true that Jesus is considered a child of God, just because he has no male parents, don't you think how Allah created Adam and Eve as the first humans on earth?
    and they (Adam and Eve) were created without father and mother ...
    and why don't you think of them as the same God as Jesus?
    Why did God have to give birth to Jesus?

      @A M Last I checked the majority of Christians who aren't Mormon believed in some doctrine of Trinity. The Catholics believe in such, the Protestants believe in such. Where I live, Southern Baptists also accept a trinitarian doctrine. I do not know what blend of Christian you are, I was just responding to the points you were making.
      Regarding trinitarianism, I am very much aware what Christians consider who God the Father (the man in heaven), God the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit is. If I didn't have any idea what the doctrine was, I wouldn't be responding to your claim. I haven't met a single Christian who subscribed to the trinitarian doctrine to be able to explain the concept logically, because there's simply no logic behind it.

    Then there come that other Adam, which was Christ, never a one like Him! Somebody say He wasn't God? His uniqueness proved He was God. There never was a creature lived like Him. He lived in a world to Himself. He was born outside of the realm of the natural, sinful man. Hallelujah! He was the Creator Himself made flesh.
    Who could ever stand where He stood? Who ever talked like Him? Who could ever say the things that He said? Who could ever do the things that He done? His uniqueness proved He was God. No he was not Jewish, ABRAHAM WAS HEBREW. He did not even have the Torah to even practice Judaism. And so in Genesis from Abraham to Jacob were referred as Hebrews and not Jews. They were called Jews after Moses.
      2: Jacob was the person named Israel by God Genesis 32:28 which was used to refer his descendants.
      3: Ishmael was sent off by Abraham and God told Abraham, “IN ISAAC SHALL YOUR SEED BE CALLED “ Genesis 21:12
      So God made it clear he has no business with Ishmael but the Promised Child ISAAC.
