Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! TH-cam's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we'll take an up close and personal, in depth look at the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640.
During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

You could still get a manual for the Merci. Last analog Lambo. I would get one with lotto winnings just not sure about the weird seat angle.
Little did you know that the murcirlago would end up being loved as the last raging bull, which is understandable since its certainly the best sounding lamborgnini of all time to many people such as me.
I love the gauges in the car. Back before they went crazy with LCD screens and digital gauges. This is how it should be. And it's always funny when Kyle slowly puts the hood down and then pushes on it to close it. Instead of just letting it go a few inches from the latch.

Very good detailed review, I'm watching the LP640 market currently.. as i do plan on daily driving mine this was good information, I knew the E-Gear got a revamp when the LP came out but these bits that you went over were good information, Should i get an E-gear at least the clutch should last a little longer than 10-15000 miles, my friend who used to have an LP640 had over 70k miles on his and only replaced the clutch once so he says, replaced it around 28k or so i think with the Kevlar clutch. expensive, if i recall it was 6k for the clutch and 3k to do the job... 9k.. but we enjoy these cars, the more they get used the better! my friend had no problems aside clutch change and tires, and just basic stuff like plugs etc but that was all carried out by himself.

IMHO it was better back then- it was like a proper supercar... it looks like it is about to crash :D Now it's all like in a normal VW Passat... so ordinary and booring... just the start button + cluster...

To me personally, I don't find it too dated. But the gauge cluster is.
I wouldn't called it dated,I find it uninspired compared to the Diablo i just watched in the other video. Take the steering wheel for instance,the Diablo's looks like a work of art with the carbon fiber inlay meanwhile you get a simple leather wrapped steering wheel in the LP640. The cluster in the LP640 looks like something out of a buick park avenue with the open gauges,while the Diablo's chrome bezel covered gauges look like an expensive watch. It seems like all the intricate details that make exotics something to appreciate are replaced with racy bling designed to appeal to rappers lol

Unfortunately the murcielago does have some dated features, but I would still buy a Diablo or an LP640 any day over an aventador. Not like I can talk yet, but after driving them I just feel like a true manual and the raw character is what makes those cars.

I've always preferred the older basic Lamborghini interiors compared to the newer complicated on ones in the Aventador and Huracan.
