Fascinating…..Looking at the pre T34 armour it’s little wonder that the German’s were able to make such far reaching advances during the initial stages of the war…That said,what must the German infantry, and those guys in their Panzer 111s must have thought seeing a KV-1 coming their way.

Soviet equipment was made simple and robust. A lot of the ones fished up from swamps are running in short order.
