Kept seeing you pop up. Finally watched some 3V3s and GADDAMN. Thats some dynamic, gripping shit! Thought i wouldn't feel vicarious thrill from RTSs (especially non-1v1) ever again
It would be more exciting if only one player can win the 3v3 series. This would have been done by having the winning team's surviving members fight each other when they earn the match point.
Because of that obsession of the players to destroy the harvesters, which does not allow them to properly perceive the situation, at 50:45, which shows crystal clear - destroy the MCV and then war factory, the southern team lost the game.
Wish this game had better graphics/artstyle (specially terrain and buildings related). With a better presentation and longer support, it could've easily been a worthy competitor to Starcraft2
Especially since it plays very different to SC2 due to the difference in game mechanics. On one hand it requires less micro and multitasking for the economy, on the flip side, you have to start fighting micro skirmishes for map control from the get go because there's no population limit
Space is the GOAT! ... Leaf ain't bad and GZ might has their moments but once you saw Space beating Bikerush by attacking him like a raging pitbull ... yeah- no going back! Bikerush reminds me a lot of Jaedong... flanking and poking Space is more of a Flash. Nothing fancy but he got the basics as solid as a rock! An immovable Object or an Unstoppable force kinda deal.
