I got both of my most awaited videos this week 7th house venus d9 and 2nd house moon for cancer ascendent. This video is 90% related to me, but I have saturn in 8th House. Though degrees are very far so mutual aspect may be not so strong.
I have same placement of moon. It's so right i was first grandchild and pampered by everyone in extended family. Literally grew in big family and got loads of love. I love grandiose settings. More then anything I crave for a big family and surrounded by loving people but now I am living in a foreign land all alone. I have everything a job like you said I am a scientist (neuroscience), an appt but no family which I crave for the most. And yes I am very spiritual love to read new philosophies reading and understanding advaita now days.
My best friend has Leo moon in 2nd and cancer ascendant and she's the exact opposite. Has almost no family and isn't super close with them. Love's them sure, but it's not as important as described. Didn't grow up in a regal environment nor does she want to be. She enjoys some spicy food, but not overly. Can't really comment on her sexual prowess or relationship with the in-laws. Might be some aspects effecting things, but this was pretty far off.

Only for leo as it's a fire sign.. moon usually gives a person love for tangy savory food.. but it depends on sign too.. eg- native with moon in cancer in 2nd House would love to eat milk products..
