My dps is through the roof on this build and melts players above my res... But makes us an easy target. This build is a tough one since us monks are used to the quick hit and run style and this is different. Gonna keep trying it though.
It does work though. but my deaths have also gone up because of it.
However this build is crazy good in valt since its close quarters and not very open like bg or other pvp modes especially with the + cyclone radius. Ive taken down a full team in vault lol.

What build do you use for oblivion tower and/or enhanced bounties. having troubles staying alive. may be my lower CR rating though

What secondary attributes do you lose when using legendary paragon skill?
If you are close to your sever paragon level, you don't lose any secondaries anymore. Just upgrade all of your Paragon Trees first before placing points in Legendary skills.
What about legenday gems ?

for legendary gems what are you using on OW or raids? coz in video I see that are pvp focused
I usually use Gloom Cask and Void Spark as an auxiliary in Phoenix Ashes and Chip.

The new pant essence that increases cyclone strike damage with movement speed increase up to 57% damage increase work on the old cyclone strike that move with u?
It works on any other cyclone strike essence.

The cyclone strike balance in moderation when activated now give u 30% movement speed that mean while this cyclone strike active I will gain 57% damage increase with cyclone strike without using the seven side strike shoulder essence right.
I'm still with the monk but I feel its nerf, I'm still standing, I'm trying other classes but nothing like monk, hopefully a patch to balance it.
Why use issatar set? It wont stack with boudless strides
True. either use boundless strides or issatar.
For the bonus damage because of high MS.

Still useful as Issatar may not be active all the time.

You said you need to skill to survive: Seven side and shild of zhen but your equips are for shild and cycling strike
When you use 7ss, you gain movement speed whenever it hits.
Helicopter Helicopter is a fun build but not potent.
It's what makes Monk relevant now.
