Remember the old ML55 AMG from about 21 years ago? This is the all-new version with nearly twice the power, speed, and capability... What a world we live in today when your family SUV can sprint to 60 in 3.7 sec, reach a top speed of 174 MPH, and go off-roading after your track day session with its adjustable air suspension... Only question we're wondering is if you'd have this over its main rival, the BMW X5 M Competition?

Great review as always! Though it seems a lot of car reviewers always miss out on the extra configurable functions of the left AMG Drive Unit. If you tap on it you can change it to do different functions such as exhaust valves, suspension, etc. It's more configurable than the Porsche's dial (and better looking) and I believe AMG had it before Porsche as well.
The point that you mentioned about the EQ boost technology replacing the starter noise is pretty cool! During the engine start it didn't make a cranking noise, it was just a flip of the switch kind of noise

@@alvialam1059 it's not about paying it. It's the amount of time the car will be spending in the shop being repaired. Sofyan, you said the ML55 was the first performance suv. I’m retrospect, jeep beat them to the punch with the Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited in 1998 with 245hp. Interior mostly looks good. Don't care for how they make the air vents on the dash such a prominent feature. So many features al a cart, gets the price up very fast & very high.
