Is Dragon Claw just not viable?

Dragon claw is very viable but it's more inconsistent than the other options because you have to charge it up before every fight to get value out of it but if you can pull that off consistently then it is actually more damage than the others, so I'd say it's more down to preference. Hope this helps :)
