I did a tear down of an old lcd screen tablet and I found out that u don't need those filters for the display to function .. I just shine my torch thru the main thing and it works
The first one he remoced is a white reflector, next an acrylic plexiglass light guide, next a 4 layer paper comprised of diffusion paper , DBEF dual brightness enhancement film AKA reflective polarizers (basically mirrors )and another diffusion paper. .Thats it
yes, but you'll have to piss inside the display for it to work again because that's the liquid crystal that filters the light from behind and forms the image.
I had three vertical lines of dead pixels i tried to fix them i opened the monitor and i found these papers now im using them for drawing. Rip my Dell monitor, rip 400$ 🙃
please tell me your not tasting it?
I thought you know what you're showing

Is it possible to clean the spilled liquid and the put it all back together?

If you close your eyes and concentrate you can hear the thoughts of a young man as he go out on his journey to find a ma'ams G spot.
Curiosity is a good thing.
LCD is also good, I think the lamp is softer, and the adjustable range is relatively high
How detailly destroy a LCD screen ?... Good job !!!👍
Don't open LCD next time as it contains toxic chemicals
I don’t think touching that liquid is a good idea. Pretty sure that might have mercury.
I thought it was Ed but no gloves he don’t know what he is doing
He seemed really surprised that there was liquid inside. I'm guessing he doesn't know what LCD stands for.
Still cool to watch him take it apart
Isn't it supposed to be liquid crystal?
