The ECCD checklist are almost perfect however, these cannot be availed by the children with disability because almost all Day Care Centers are not accessible particularly to children who uses wheelchair. How can this country really achieve the Inclusive Education for All? I hope the ECCD Council should also give priority to children with disability and that they may be included in this notable program.
