If the same proposal in Rayalaseema, cost & material quantity would come down drastically. becoz it has hard soil and it not in risky earthquake & cyclone zone.

If its in Rayalaseema then it will be far away for north coastal districts. And another fact is if capital is near to water source then it will develop very fast and will expand quick. Now with Amaravathi-Ananthapur express way commute from Rayalaseema districts to capital will reduce 2 hrs and one can reach with in 6 hours. This will be completed in next 2 years. And there are roads connecting from Prakasam, Nellore, Kadapa, Kurnool and chittor to this express way make it easier and fast commute.
