I've gone a little sampler crazy in my case, so I'm technically using 8 different ones - Qubit Nebulae, Ginkosynthese Sampler Slicer, Mutable Beads, Jroo Loop, SDS Reflex Live Loop, Doepfer A112, Blukac Endless Processor, and ALM Squid Salmple. Maybe that's overkill, but I love how each one offers a very different approach to sample manipulation/playback so I can get a lot of variety in my textures and workflow. I record all my samples from scratch and the audio gets routed to each sampler so I have some nice flexibility to see where it lands best.
