I've been to them before, as someone that suffers from chronic depression friends are so much better. If they try to give you Lexapro don't take it. It takes away bad thoughts but the good ones too. Your like a zombie. I threw myself into reading as I'm a star wars fan. But all I can tell you is dont hold it in. It eats at your soul. I hope all goes well.

Hey girl I'm muchhhh older than you so I've had plenty of periods but I have to tell you that YES it's so natural. About 4 days before my period, I get really emotional and everything bothers me and then the first 2 days of my period, I cry over everything lol although the bad thoughts don't seem good and in glad you're seeing a therapist. I think everyone should see one, we all have feelings and need to talk them out. Just remember, you're not alone. I have ocd and anxiety and we have the find the good in life (like my dog makes me happy and I live for him to give him a good life) sending you my hugs ❤️
