My daughter passed the running, she passed the push-ups but failed the sit-ups. Early on in training she pulled a stomach muscle and she can only do about 21 when I think she needs to 34. She tests tomorrow and if she fails it goes on her record. Ugh what can she do? I told her to do her best

also going up WAY too high. upper part of your thigh is closer to the ground.
