This doesn't work don't even bother wasting your time. There are a number of flaws to begin with, firstly - RE: Your Windows Firewall Allow App - Even to see that you need to actually have the App installed in the first place - But the whole point of this video is that everyone can see how to get rid of that "Proxy" popup that does NOT let you proceed with the installation. So uploader of this video - if you read this comment do everyone a favor and update your video to something that is more relevant and up to date.

I also facing same issues i Try download new mt4 or mt5 from your broker you using may be software you using old version,
Broker i use fbs and justmarkets had same issues but after i install new version problem settle, I hope my sharing soft your issues have good day.

I guess this happens when your pc can not establish secure connection with metaquotes server. Even though I had a setup download weeks ago when I am trying to install it such pop up comes out. It is the same pc I used to have like 3 mt5s in it and just uninstalled them recently.
Solution : If you are getting `TrySecure Connection Failed PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR` error when visit URL below, Please disable your VPN or just change ISP. This is what worked for me and for my case I had to turn off Cloudfare Warp

No it does not. I do not use proxy but I tried one time to show to avoid error.

If you use Windows 10 : Select Start > Settings > Privacy. Select the MT4 app and choose which app permissions are on or off.
