Just purchased a 2015 Rx 350 F Sport yesterday (Had a 2021 GMC Sierra) and just bought this today! Can't wait to install.

Question, so i installed it, it worked fine. Shut the car off and put everything back together. Came back out a few hours later and when i go to hold the map button, it’s just a purple screen. Please help!

Ive come across a great deal on a non nav Rx, but I’d rather wait for a nav version if I won’t be able to have a screen/car play. I keep my cars for a long time and my current one does not have these features, so I would like to have them in my new (to me) car. Kinda time sensitive 😅, thanks!
Hi Eric, I purchased the Beat Sonic Car Play adaptor for my 2015 RX450h a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I'm going to be taking a road trip with my husband and would like to alternate which phone is connected to car play. I couldn't find anything online that was particularly helpful so I'm asking you on this forum in case others have the same question.
Best way to switch phones once both phones are paired to the system is to turn off Bluetooth and wifi on the phone that you want to disconnect (from the settings menu and not the drop down shortcut menu as it will reconnect if you use the shortcut), then on the phone you want to connect to, connect car’s Bluetooth from the native lexus screen. Then, on the phone go to settings -general -carplay nv17w and double press carplay to refresh the connection. It should take about 10 seconds once you get used to it
@@BeatSonicUS After the other phone connects, can you turn Bluetooth and Wifi back on on the phone you don't want connected to Car Play?

Hey Eric, do you happen to know if the adapters work instead of replacing the actual unit on these vehicles like the magic box?
Hey Eric. I know that there are other companies out there that offer the aftermarket replacement size screens or monitor for these generation RX's. Just wondering if Beat-Sonic will offer something like that in the future also? Have you guys looked into something like that with a plug and play after market size screens for vehicles? Thanks!

1) How long does it take to get into Apple play after car start (2) does it require WiFi and Bluetooth, or only Bluetooth (3) can I use Apple car play also with the usb cable?

1. 3-5 seconds. Our device will fully load before the lexus system has the time to fully initialize. 2. Both WiFi and Bluetooth needs to be turned on 3. Yes you can use carplay with the usb cable

How does this work when using the backup camera?
The screen will automatically switch over to the backup camera when you engage the reverse gear

Yes this is compatible with your RX. We don’t have an installer near you but any local reputable car stereo can install the kit for you as it comes with detailed instructions and video guides. We are also available for tech support if needed

Hi Eric. I just installed my unit and whenever I press the MAP button on my factory center console, it triggers Google Assistant. This is in addition to the usual short press of MENU button that should trigger Google Assistant.
How can I fix this?

Also, the optional USB rerouting cable doesn't fit any of the factory connections, except for the 12v lighter charger port just outside of the armrest.
Is there any immediate danger when attempting to remove the airbag?
Just make sure not to short the wires and you’ll be ok
