मुंबई गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास मंडळ (म्हाडाचा विभागीय घटक) द्वारे विविध वसाहतीमधील २०३० सदनिकांच्या वाटपासाठी दिनांक ०८.०८. २०२४ रोजी वर्तमानपत्रामध्ये जाहिरात प्रसिध्द करण्यात आली आहे. तसेच योजनांच्या सविस्तर माहितीसह जाहिरात व माहितीपुस्तिका म्हाडाच्या संकेत स्थळावर दिनांक ०९.०८.२०२४ रोजी प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेली आहे.
सोडत- २०२४ मध्ये विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली ३३ (५) व ३३ (७) अंतर्गत सदनिकांचा समावेश करण्यात आलेला आहे. सोडतीच्या अनुषंगाने म्हाडाच्या संकेत स्थळावर सविस्तर जाहीरात व माहीतीपुस्तिका प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेली असून माहिती पुस्तिका व जाहिरातमध्ये सदनिकांची विक्री किमंत नमूद करण्यात आलेली आहे. तरी विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली ३३ (५) व ३३ (७) अंतर्गत प्राप्त सदनिकांची विक्री किमत सुधारीत करण्यात येत असून सविस्तर योजनानिहाय, संकेत क्रमांक निहाय तक्ता व याअनुषंगाने आवश्यक सुधारणा संकेत स्थळावर करण्यात आलेला आहे.
